I bought an inexpensive treadmill from Walmart which turned out to be made in China and stopped working after a month or less. The factory warranty was still good but the manufacture was not to be found so the plan paid me a portion of the cost which I am not sure they were legally bound to do.
I spoke with 2 customer service representatives. Both were extremely helpful. The first person helped me look for the serial & manufacturer's numbers on our desktop. The second rep was very patient and walked me through the options and process. He emailed me the shipping label and sent me updates on the repairs.
I received a new Television and that was good. The process wasn’t the best because I had to keep on trying to work with the tec over the phone. The tv just died and there wasn’t anything I could do besides send pictures of a blank tv. I am thankful for the end result. It would be easier if in was in person.

Was referred to original manufacturer for warranty assistance and was not helped by Allstate after all. All interactions cordial and I'm happy to still have coverage for months to come after the manufacturer warranty expires.
Yeah I did great with understanding the problem recognizing the problem and taking care of the problem and the lady who handled the account claims adjuster she is very friendly knowledgeable and understanding thank you
It was quick and well done though I had to buy a new screen protector.
Best customer service ever. Fixed my son's tablet fast with no hassles what so ever. Even filing the claim was super easy. They also kept constant contact so I always knew what the status was. So glad I bought the extra protection.
The instructions on how to get my phone repaired were very easy to follow and my reimbursement was received very quickly.
