I was able to easily submit a claim which got approved which felt like immediately. Once I mailed my item off for repair I was kept informed every step of the way. My item was repaired perfectly and sent back to me. Super happy with the service received.

Thank God for the Allstate Warranty! Last year's ICE problem with my Samsung Refrigerator was resolved with 1 service call and parts replacement. This year's ICE problem wasn't after 3 service calls & numerous parts replacements. Allstate offered me a new replacement refrigerator that was not compatible to my small white kitchen. I was then offered Home Depot gift cards. I requested to be reimbursed by check, which arrived in yesterday's mail.
