There is very little about the claims process that reeks of dealing with an insurance company. Allstate makes the process easy. They answer the phone. You don't wait on hold, and their people actually listen to the details of your problem. They do go through some self-diagnostic tests that they want you to do before they proceed. Those are pretty easy. If that doesn't work, they send a repairman out. They send the parts ahead of time. I had an issue with my gaming chair. I emailed Allstate and they got right back with me. I sent them the pictures and information that they needed and the gentleman who helped me was great. Everything was resolved in less than 24 hours.

I honestly can’t give a complete review of my experience just yet. Iv only started a claim and I’m waiting for the results. But as far as everything I’ve encountered up to now… I’m pleased with the simplicity of everything. I’ll have to get back with you when it’s all said and done.
