My cell phone blew up. Fortunately, I had an Allstate Protection Plan. I called and filed a claim. The process is SUPER simple. The rep was very knowledgeable and polite. I had a new phone shipped to my home in a couple of days. The whole undertaking took less than five minutes and a $25 copay. Allstate Protection Plans are totally worth it.
After placing my claim and sending in my item I waited patiently for the repair. After waiting longer than the estimated repair time I reached out for some type of status. The claim was placed in a status not repairable see emails for options. No email was sent. After contacting support it was to be escalated and a resolution to come. The 1st technician did nothing but the 2nd Technician was excellent he took his time but working steady to resolve the issue. Warranty was well worth it.

Sofa parts were no longer being made but was told 5 months later after they had told me they sent me parts but never did. But they sent out someone to come “fix” my sofa even with no parts soon after they sent me an mail parts were no longer being made so I got a refund for my whole sofa . Got back what I paid so it was a win!
