The service to repair the washer was too slow and finally was not repaired so I received a reimbursement. I am not a technician, but I believe that the washer was reparable. We have more than 2 months without a washer in the house.

I needed to update my payment method and began by chatting online with a customer service rep. I was sent a link to access my account online and from there I was able to successfully update my payment card info.
It was a very long process. Took quite a few service men before they realize the problem could not be fixed. They gave me a choice of 2 different refrigerators for me to choose a replacement. Neither of these were nothing like the one I have. Eventually in the end I got an e card for Home Depot to go purchase one that will work for me. Finally a satisfied customer and I will buy the extended warranty for my new refrigerator.
