I Put In A Warranty Claim For My Tv And The Customer Service Representative Was Very Helpful With Getting Everything Situated.
When I purchased the protection plan, it was not expensive and I thought it just might come in handy. When I realized I needed to use it, I must admit going through the instructions on the website was confusing. That's when I made the call to customer service and the rep that responded cleared things up in a jiffy. Because of that, I would consider purchasing the protection plan again in certain cases where I think it might come in handy.
