Everything taken care of really fast.
We had to get a replacement top for one of our nightstands. When assembling, the hole for the dowel was apparently made to deep, when my husband tapped it in it cracked the top. Our other nightstand assembled with no problems. I sent photos of the damaged piece and they handled the claim promptly. Very pleased with customer service.

I bought an extended warranty on my Dell PC and after 1 1/2 years I started to get a lot of browser errors and windows closing. It was Laggy, glitchy and bad performance across the board, Square Trade had a technician remote into my computer and he did various tests, and some of his tests failed. So, he had me send my PC out to be repaired at their repair shop. After almost two weeks I received my PC back with a new hard drive and Windows install. I unfortunately scratched a pair of prescription sunglasses right in the middle of my line of sight, and I’m very glad I purchased the protection plan when I bought them. My Allstate policy came through so that I could replace them just as promised, and the process was not difficult, nor was it dragged out as some companies might do. I am very pleased and will use them again.
The service to repair the washer was too slow and finally was not repaired so I received a reimbursement. I am not a technician, but I believe that the washer was reparable. We have more than 2 months without a washer in the house.
