Allstate had picked a service provider to repair the stove that did not show up to make the repair. Allstate then offered us $100 to optionally have us find a local service ourselves which we agreed to and that completed the repair. However we have not received the $100 check for our doing the option.
I was extremely happy on the way my repair was handled.
The eBay seller didn't offer a warranty, so I bought one from Allstate to cover it. My purchase died, the seller told me to go ahead and file with my own warranty, if I had one. Allstate made it easy-peasy. They are the best!!!
If you have the chance to get the warranty for products you buy at Walmart, definitely take advantage of it. I have 2.25 acres of property I take care of and I really put my lawn equipment through the ringer. I have had to submit a claim a few times for these products through Allstate. They were always professional and polite and quick to process the claim without any hassles. I've never experienced one issue with them. It's well worth the money people,,,which is pennies, so get the warranty! I highly recommend it!
The initial response was prompt but a bit convoluted and repetitious as I was transferred from one agent to another. The laptop was repaired quickly. The return shipping took longer. I was surprised that there was no explanation of what the problem was and what was done to repair it, just a final inspection and test sheet was sent.
I had to take my product to a repair shop who showed me exactly what was malfunctioning. Once we figured out the issue, I was able to get reimbursed for the repairs.
Love our LG refridger but when our craft ice dispenser went out, there was no repair person local to service it. I would rather have had it fixed but they could not so have to get new fridge. I want to commend your company for backing up the warranty in a timely matter. I was very impressed that it was taken care of so quickly. I will never have a craft ice maker again.
