1. Claim on Vacuum bags, was told to bring all of them in because one bag was had a torn on it. I was definitely not unpacking all the bags for 1 bag. They could have just sent me 1 bag. 2. My 1-year-old window A/C was automatically going to 88 degrees randomly. I was told to pay for the repairs and they will reimburse me. The middle of the summer, first, its freaken hot and two, it is very hard to find a repair man to come out within a week. Most of the ones I called was two weeks out.
The technician made it easy to follow her instructions and explained what she was doing during the course of the session. She seemed very thorough and knowledgable. I would therefore highly recommend her.
Called to make a claim because my laptop wasn't working , spoke to a rep and he told me what to do and I followed his instructions . Send my laptop in and got it back in about ten days my laptop is working good again.
All was handled very smoothly and timely. Could not be happier with the process overall.. I especially appreciate the triage person believing me when I said we need someone on site..

I have several Allstate protection plans and when my mower started stalling, I called them. The longest wait I esperience was waiting for the repair shop to finish. I submitted the receipt and was reimbursed within 2 days, nice! Highly recommend....
