Escellent follow-up cuatomer service went the extra yard to make sure my satisfaction was restored.
I recently needed to place a claim for a 4K TV that had some backlighting fail. I was successfully able to file a claim and get a refund of the purchase price. They offered replacement TVs that allow you to keep coverage until the end of the extended warranty term, but none of them had the QLED technology that the original set had. I was able to get a payout of the original purchase price successfully on this claim and a different claim from June 2025 also. I purchased this policy begrudgingly as I was concerned about the cost of the couch and my three children and dog using it. I feared it was essentially a scam. When the zipper on my couch cushion broke, the claim was a breeze from start to finish. Making a claim online was easy. Good and worth the money.
Our dryer went out. We called they sent out a repayment person. Fixed within minutes. Very friendly very easy
Fixed the issue, washer was repeating cycles.
Claims are paid off quickly with no hassles. Other companies takes weeks longer to pay off claims.
Allstate had picked a service provider to repair the stove that did not show up to make the repair. Allstate then offered us $100 to optionally have us find a local service ourselves which we agreed to and that completed the repair. However we have not received the $100 check for our doing the option.
