It was well worth the extended warranty. The lady I spoke with last did a really great job. If you have a claim have your information ready. Order number, serial or product number etc, the process much faster.

Entering a new claim is very easy and if needed help is available. The service was just as described and when we entered the claim it was immediately acknowledged and we were told in the acknowledgement when a response and next steps would be available. We never had to wait and wonder because if the acknowledgement stated we would be contacted in two days, we would be!
I dont like these things, everything was great
We have been using the square trade warranty, now called the Allstate Square Trade warranty for many many years. The repair process has been changing especially since COVID-19. All in all it's still working out in the long run. A little more homework on our end it seems and getting things done.
