My daughter's Oculus quest S went black after 2 years and they gave me a full reimbursement.
My Frigidaire dehumidifier purchased from Home Depot failed. I took it to Home Depot but was told I would have to mail it to Allstate since Allstate carried the extended warranty. We drove to a Fedex location as instructed but their computer system was down so we had to drive across town to a Fedex facility that had a working computer. When we got there we had to buy a box to ship it in. From going to Home Depot and then to two different Fedex locations we spent several hours on what should have been an easy return. Samsung TV bombed after just 18 months or so (wouldn’t power on) - no worries I had the 3 year extended warranty from Allstate via COSTCO. Allstate reps asked a lot of questions and had me try lots of things - but in the end they came through with a delivery from Best Buy (that felt weird given OG purchase was from CostCo).
You guys were very thorough. Addressed the problem. Tried to fix it in a timely manner. Thanks Mike
