The team member was excellent. He walked through the process and was very knowledgeable and very polite. Unfortunately, I was disappointed that the product was not a direct match. I had Vizio and the replacement was not. Although the replacement tv works ok, I need a learning curve to understand the mechanics of the new product.
I wasn't sure about buying the protection plan, but after a tool needed work I'm glad i did. Every step of the process was seamless no hassle's. It was worth the money.
Honestly I was not sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised by the quick fast friendly service I received. This is the first time using the protection plan and I highly recommend purchasing. You never know when mishaps can happy and know with confidence that they do indeed take care of you.

When I purchased the protection plan, it was not expensive and I thought it just might come in handy. When I realized I needed to use it, I must admit going through the instructions on the website was confusing. That's when I made the call to customer service and the rep that responded cleared things up in a jiffy. Because of that, I would consider purchasing the protection plan again in certain cases where I think it might come in handy.
