Dishwasher broke down 3 days before warranty expired. I called Allstate and they initially misdiagnosed problem and sent wrong part for technician to repair. When Alex (tech) came here he diagnosed correct problem and ordered the right part. He came a few days later. Repaired and tested machine. We used it a couple of times since and it works great. Excellent technician.
The online claim process did not meet my needs for a refund of the purchase. However, once I spoke to an individual representative the process was completed quickly, my return was handled conveniently for my remote location and my refund check was received in a manner of a few days . Very satisfied.
The process of filing my claim was hassle free, the agents gave me a couple of different options which really helped out with my decision. I would highly recommend Allstate protection plans to anyone. I have a lot of my purchases with this coverage. Its great coverage at a reasonable price.

My recliner I got from Wayfair suddenly stopped heating. Parts are not able to be ordered. They did the virtual inspection and ordered me a new recliner. Was done in a timely manner.
Onsite tech was very polite and professional. Great example of what an ideal tech should be for your company. Explained the problem and what he needed to do to resolve it.
