Once I got a hold of an actual person, the rest was easy. SquareTrade via Allstate provided a check for an equal amount of what we purchased the iPhone for. The iPhone was damaged beyond repair. We shipped it back per instructions and the check came the following week. Very good customer service, again once we got all hold of the right representative.

The service technician was great . Alex new what Exactly had to be done ordered parts when they came it he was back for the repair. The control panel had to be replaced. Alex could be tech trainer.
