I am glad I decided to purchase this protection. My phone broke unexpectedly at the worst moment. Filing a claim was easy and the repair process was just as simple and had my phone repaired in 1 day. I then received an email that my balance was on the way and received it the next day. I would recommend this plan and purchase for myself.
Process was quick and easy. to get the lighting replaced. Only issue I have is the protection plan does not transfer to the new lights. My protection plan was for3 years, now on the new lights it doesn't apply When you purchase a plan it should stay in effect for the entire time.
