Well, my phone was working fine until about 11am 2 weeks ago. I remembered I had insurance thru Consumer Cellular. Made the call to All State and got thru to Square Trade and I had a new phone within 7 days, Couldnt be more happy.

My television died after only 2 1/2 years. The Allstate plan lived up to it’s promised and replaced by television with a bigger and better model with no extra cost to me.
