I had a lot of difficulty getting to Allstate, At the time of purchase, a phone number should be provided. After getting through to a service representative, she worked on trying to resolve the issue. The computer key pad still stuck and the battery still wouldn't hold a charge. The next representative correctly identified the problem and gave me instructions on mailing my laptop to Allstate. The computer was returned in less than a week and now operates fine.
It was a great experience and I would recommend.

My plan enabled me to replace a coffee maker when it malfunctioned. Thank you!
