The time frame of being helped with my claim, and replacement received. Was extremely satisfying.
I called after my house received a power surge which damaged the phone company's as well as the tv provider's equipment. My TV was ruined. I made a claim and was called by a representative. He was polite and asked me to plug and unplug the TV twice. After doing so with it still not turning on, he said they would be sending a new TV. I was given a choice of three different models that most closely match what I had. After choosing the one I wanted, the new TV was delivered to me the very next day.
