I called Allstate and told them that my Ryobi Sprayer's hose was bursted. They checked my warranty status, which was still in effect, and offered me a gift card for two-thirds' of the cost of the two-year old sprayer. This was a most generous offer which I accepted. The whole process took less than 10 minutes. Two days later I had access to the gift card. I would recommend Allstate warranty.
So far happy with fast replies, however not happy machine is still not working. Hope this next round of repairs does the trick.
Technician listen to my problems and make the adjustments, The flame was too high and 1 of stove knob was broken. If a technician going to be more than 1-2 hour late, he or she should inform you.

It was easy to file a claim on line and get a prompt response, but when I needed to speak to someone, the whole contact experience was done on chat. The agents through chat were very helpful and helped me get my phone fixed by letting me find my own repair store and then reimburse me and then they approved the repair and sent a check quickly.
The Allstate repair person was able to properly diagnose the strange problem and get the parts ordered to correct it!
