It was fairly easy to complete our claim and the outcome was very good. My only complaint is that everything could not be handled online. I had to call / chat twice and it seems it could have been easily handled without this step. After completing the online claim it immediately has you call and then again after the receipt was uploaded it tells you to call.

Great assistance with helping me obtain the refund for the refrigerator that broke. It seems this refrigerator isn't a good buy as it was the second time I purchased the refrigerator, and both just stopped working for no reason
When my tv failed after two years Allstate had a replacement sent to my home within 6 days from the time I contacted them. The replacement tv was brand new and the same model as the one I had only 1 year newer. They also offered two other options if I wanted to change brands. Hard to beat that coverage.
