simple and clear to file a claim, no hassle, everything went good
I'm fairly competent at computer repair. I've put together a number of them starting with bare bone systems and installing all the components and os, but for some reason the computer I had purchased continue to be slow and unresponsive. Easy to navigate although there were a few unlisted categories and damage on the item, thorough question and answer during my claim on previous item which makes me confident about purchasing another coverage
Excellent and speedy repair and refund. Service was professional and friendly. The service tech explained exactly what the problem was and how it would be fixed. The refund process was super easy, and the funds were issued without question and very quickly.

The Retailer informed me that customers were highly satisfied with Allstate Protection Plans and I reluctantly paid for it. 1 year later my product was damaged and my money was refunded.
