great i needed new phone and thars what i got
I am so glad I purchased the extended warrantee from Allstate. The protection plan covered my loss. I received a speedy refund. I will always consider getting the extended warrantee for my purchase.

Great the one I talked was courteous & took Mr information & I had my watch in 3 days.
I sent a message and filled out their form, sent photos and had the money refunded in 48 hrs.
It was fast.
Not so well this time.
The representatives were diligent about honoring my warranty and covered the cost of shipping the item to them to be repaired..
