Had a grill that went bad close to the end of the extended warranty and I am glad I caught it when I did. I created a case and worked thru the easy process, ended up with a full purchase price refund. Excellent and easy!!
I am very pleased with the Allstate Protection Plan.
Pool pump went bad on me. I had taken the insurance on pump from Allstate Ins. Were great to deal with and sent check to re-imburse for the pump. Will always use them when available.
I purchased a 55” LG smart tv with the protection plan in December 2022 that won’t connect to WiFi wirelessly. When I contacted Allstate protection plan to file a claim they had me send in pictures of my tv and after submitting my pictures they responded promptly with a replacement approval. I had options to choose from and I chose a 2025 model 55” Samsung smart tv. I didn’t have to pay anything and I get to keep my LG tv as well. I highly recommend purchasing the Allstate protection plan.
Ongoing debate about coverage for our LG dryer took forever to resolve and I felt somewhat mistreated.
Was able to get replacement and they was very knowledgeable and helpful on making sure I was completely satisfied with my options available and had gift cards available within hours so definitely recommend and will always purchase this insurance with any purchase threw Walmart 100% of the time.
I contacted Allstate about a problem with my range, I had an appointment, parts shipped within the day. The parts arrived promptly, the technician arrived on the day promised.
It was alot of back and fourth to finally file my claim and get it approved. Overall, i did get my replacement item
