I'm glad you replaced the headphones with no fuss. The only thing that I don't like is that you guys recommended a slightly different model than the one I had insured and it is not near as comfortable so I wouldn't have said yes to the other option if I did it over

Your Company was hard to get a live person and it was super frustrating because it kept telling mw to go on-line and file a claim. It is impossible to file a claim on-line when your computer is broken, However, once I filed my claim with a live person the service was amazing.I shipped my computer off and it was repaired in a week. I totally recommend Allstate insurance and I am interested in getting it for my phone.
