When an electrical storm knocked out my power, a lot of my electronics were fried, even though they were on surge protectors. Including my barely-a-year old smart TV! Luckily I had bought the Allstate Protection Plan with the TV, and I had the receipt. One short phone call later, Allstate agreed to replace my TV. Win win!
They did exactly what the insurance was on the item and returned it to our home with grace totally satisfied!!!
