Overall, the experience with Allstate Protection plan was great! The only confusing part was that I first received an email saying that the technician was scheduled to come on a Thursday. And then about 3 days before the appointment was coming up, I received another email saying that Allstate was just going to pay me back for my dish washer because they couldn't locate a technician. I guess I thought they already had a technician lined up for the appointment.
Was great, they are always nice friendly and efficient!
