Microsoft controller plug for microphone WS broken. Sent it in with pre paid mailing, received it back with problem fixed. Quick turnaround greatly appreciated.
It's good to have a plan.
Don't feel like it was any effort to have it fixed was reimbursed. So I can have it replaced, but having trouble at this point, finding something that matched the same product for what I paid.
