When the automatic document feed (ADF) on my printer malfunctioned, I had an online chat with their agent. He gave specific instructions on filing the claim. Once that was done, I received an email with specific instructions on where to send the printer and this included a prepaid shipping label. Allstate also reimbursed me for the box and packing insulation (bubble wrap) for the shipment. They returned the repaired printer about 10 days later. I can't ask for better service.
