My initial interactions with Allstate (Square Trade), were very friendly, professional and helpful. They explained the process to replace my broken phone. In fact, they sent me the replacement phone over night (after paying the $129 deductible on my phone). Sadly, that phone did not work either. After calling them about THIS phone, they explained the 'procedure' for sending the phone back. I needed to have someone look at it and render it 'beyond economic repair'. This was done. The furniture I got 2 years again started to rip off at the seam when contacted they replaced with the original price. Offcourse that’s no longer at the same price now but still better than nothing. Would definitely suggest for purchases.
