When I called for service on my refrigerator, I was told that the part (a refrigerator light module) would be sent directly to my house. I received the package promptly, but when the repairmen arrived on the scheduled day to replace the light module, we discovered that the wrong part had been sent. They immediately reordered the correct part again and told me that they would have it delivered directly to their office to ensure that it was indeed the correct part before coming back.
