Well I mailed back my HP printer that was not 3 years old and I had insurance on it and obviously they could not fix it but did not tell me and mailed back to me a small black and white only ink printer that was rediculous so I had to get on phone and it got heated to get it mailed back and to either replace or maile me a check. The representative I dealt with was easy to work with and after the repair option wouldn’t work, gave me several options to handle this problem and didn’t act like the money was coming out of her pay.
I broke my S22 Ultra badly and it unfortunately couldn't be repaired in the condition it was in. I did have to leave it at a local repair shop for a few days where they determined it couldn't be repaired. Allstate paid me the full value I paid for my phone 3 years ago and I was able to upgrade my phone to an S25 Ultra and actually have a little claim cash left over. Customer Service was very helpful and I understood the claims process clearly. 10/10 experience.
