We had an issue with my daughter’s electric scooter. We tried to troubleshoot at home and then with an agent from Allstate and came to a conclusion that it would not work properly. The agent then explained how the process to get a replacement would work and to look out for the email and follow through with the process. The overall experience was positive. we had to mail the computer to the service center for them to determine the course of action. The negative issue was that it took several weeks for them to determine that the computer was unrepairable. Fortunately, we were able to utilize a friend's spare computer while we waited to hear back.
