Customer service has good service
I purchased headphones in September 2023 with Allstate Protection Plan and in December 2024 my grandson dropped them and broke headband. Sending them for repair was so convenient. They communicated headphones could not be repaired and they sent me voucher to assist with a new purchase. I highly recommend getting Allstate Protection Plan for electronic purchases.
I answered the question and fast responded to my problem with the hearing aid. Easy to navigate. Got my new hearing aids fast.
