When I bought my Fitbit Luxe, I also bought an extended warranty. My Fitbit stopped charging in August of 2024. So I started a claim on line. It took a while on my part, because my husband entered the hospital and subsequently passed away. But once All State had all my information, and a receipt, they ask me to send in the Fitbit Luxe to see if it could be repaired. While I had issues initially (email address wouldn't work) Allstate worked with me and got the issue solved right away. The upload process was quick and easy and I got my reimbursement within a day.
I had bought the protection plan at sam's club for my eyeglasses. It's well in the basement, they fell off my face and scratched the lenses. All state came through in spades.Refunding my complete purchase price, minus my twenty five dollar deductible. It was, fast easy, and a great experience all the way around.
