I had to go through at least five different persons to get everything taken care of. You need to find a better way of taking care of your customers. By this I mean you go to one department and they give one answer. Another department then refers you to another department and so forth. It seems like they want you to give up. Normally I don’t purchase these but in this case I did and am so glad that I did. Item quit working, was not fixable and they refunded my money.
Wasn't expecting a full refund. Was immediately issued. Wow
I was pleasantly surprised by the quick and expedient action from my claim for a scratch in the lens of my glasses. I was not required to send them in or have a lens replaced. They simply asked for a receipt and sent me a check. Great customer service.
I found the steps to submit a claim straight forward and easy! And the process took one day!
Took care of my problem in less than a week with a very polite and understanding woman who assisted this 76 year old man who is not tech savvy or computer literate. Had a check in one week. I have bought many service agreements in the past from Allstate and never needed them, but this one time that I did, they did not give me a run-around, just took care of it and mailed me a check. without any problems. Thank you so very much.
