Unfortunately I have had multiple repairs to a Whirlpool refrigerator, but fortunately I have an Allstate Protection Plan. They have been polite and professional everytime I have needed them.
Absolutely perfect experience. Was kept very well informed by e-mail at every step of the process. Repair was finished within 2 days. Returned to me just like new! Very painless and professional experience.
