When they couldn't repair or replace our granddaughter's ride on UTV they refunded what we spent on a digital gift card the same day!!!! We will absolutely use All State protection plans for all our toys/electronics from now on.

Other than the continuous log in emails everything was great.
Our cat was accidentally shut up in a room. She tore up the carpet trying to get out. The repairman was in and out in very little time. It looks as good as new.
