Fast response to my situation
No problems what so ever. Called and explained what was going on . They gave me instructions on how and where to send it with a postage paid return label. Got email when laptop was received by them and when it was done and on its way back. Took about a week . Got lap top back and in excellent working order with no problems what so ever. Great experience.

Bought an scooter from eBay and warranty from all state after sometime using the scooter the battery gave up and all state came into action. No hassle and quick warranty response. This made me get warranty for an Xbox X and accessories warranty due to their service. I Recommend to get it,

I noticed more and more peeling on my table, which is only a few years old. I opened a claim, and from that point on, it was extremely easy to obtain resolution! The follow up emails requested pictures, which were easy to upload. And basically that was it, the decision was made that the table could not be repaired and I was given a refund. Staff were helpful. I just wish the company policies were to send a check, as debit cards are difficult to use. Also, more generally, the insured products could be designed to be fixed by the customer, to avoid the hazardous waste and landfill issues.
