Not a bad experience, wasn’t happy with selection , and gonna send a check to to get better quality carpet cleaner
My dogs ate my cell phone!! I wanted to replace it, but didn't have enough to do so. I called Consumer Cellular about getting a phone on a payment plan and they said I wouldn't be eligible until March. It was then that they noticed that I had the protection plan, which I had forgotten all about. It turned out that for a $25 deductible, I could get me phone replaced. I am very happy that I got the phone protection plan!

I could not believe the turnaround time from my mailing to your facility, the repairs and the return to me. I sent via fedEx to facility on Saturday September 14 and when I returned from my vacation on Friday September 20 my repaired Roomba was returned. I have to say this was a great experience and my Roomba is working great. Thank you
Since ithey could’nt find a replacement for my item, I get my money back!
