I am very glad that I purchased coverage for my purchase. This is a must since everything we buy is a gamble of "if or if not" they will last long these days. Mine didn't and although I didn't get back the full amount, it was close enough.

Had a suction problem and our Dyson stopped working- troubleshooting lead to the return. Motor exchanged for different but working aok and returned quickly.

The motorized recliner that we purchased quit working. I remembered that we had purchased insurance with NFM for our purchase. I went online to make a claim. I followed the easy instructions and had an immediate response. I sent several pictures on line of the defective part and was given a twenty hour period for Allstate to evaluate and present me with my options.
