Protection plan was purchased when I bought the TV at Walmart. When the TV had big problems I called to put in a claim. The agent I talked to was excellent. I don't hear well and she had to repeat her words several times, but she was very patient with me nonetheless. As it turned out this TV had a recall notice from Vizio for the problem I was experiencing so she connected me with Vizio, who refunded my entire purchase price. Making my claim was very easy and the response time was very fast.
Filed a claim due to problem with Maytag washer. Allstate asked for specific information, then responded back quickly. They determined the unit needed to be replaced, then promptly sent me a check. I will use Allstate in the future to protect my purchases.
The technician at Sam’s explained the process for filing a claim which I did and I had the e gift card by the next morning
Process was simple enough awaiting email showing claim was refunded
It was very easy to file a claim with this warranty and I had a gift card emailed to me within the same day!!
