Product failed, Allstate did a great job by standing by their product
Could not have been a better result.
My washer stopped dispensing fabric softener. The repairman came as scheduled, replaced the dispenser drawer, and called it a day. Well, it didn't fix the issue. I thought he should have been sent back out to give it a better effort. But Allstate was eager to put the issue behind them by refunding the entire price of the machine. I even requested that they send him back. But the decision had been made. So now I have a brand new washer.

Had my purchase stop working after about a month and a half or so and had to make a claim. It was mostly a hassle free after I finally was transferred to the right person but they made me whole. Recommended 100%!
When one receives Allstate receipt, the email does not indicate what product is being covered. So if you purchase more than one item on the Same day, or more than one item during a week, it is very difficult to file a claim.

Excellent customer, but the wait time to navigate and to speak to an associate is way to long.
We had some recliners that began to falter everything was taken care of in a timely fashion. I liked it so much I insured my replacements.
