This is only the second time Ive ever purchased a warranty plan. Both were from Allstate. The first was resolved so easily I didnt hesitate to purchase another.

The process was quick and went smoothly.
I had one incident with one lady who had me spend a lot of time trying to fix my tv though I shared with her I already had tried with another. That bothered me. However, the other two folks were wonderful!
My glass lenses got Ruland I let them know.I paid my deductible and in a short time.Had a check to replace my glasses in full. The process was very easy and appreciated their prompt ness.
The young lady was very nice to talk to on the phone. And was very helpful.
TAT for submission and repair was less than 10 days and I found that to be quite sufficient for RMA service. The return packaging was more than adequate and our church secretary is very happy to have her PC back.
Excellent Service o my vac
I don’t feel the proper amt was given for my 65” TCL ROKU smart TV. It would be enough for a basic TCL 65” TV. So I have to be content with a lesser value TV. The insurance should offer true value of replacement.
