I had a very easy time working with the agents to resolve my claim.
I had a problem with the repair, but it was quickly rectified. I received a phone call within an hour of my posting and my problem was resolved.
When I needed my appliance the most. It did not work properly. When I called the protection plan, was able to be reimbursed.
15 minutes online and the issue was resolved.
Alway thought these product insurance policy were just a scam. When we bought two expensive outdoor rugs I put it to the test. Ended up filing a claim on both due to mildew and discoloration and was pleasantly pleased with the easy, fast and no hassle clain process! Received the checks within a week of filing! Will not hesitate to purchase another AllState product plan again!
My experience was much more enjoyable than expected. This experience shows the quality and reverence shown towards claimants.

When the microwave in our LG built-in combination oven went out, we were distraught. We had dealt directly with LG on a refrigerator repair while it was under warranty, and it was an absolute nightmare -- several weeks speaking with numerous incompetent LG representatives before we finally were given permission to find our own repair person and LG finally agreeing to pay the cost.
