Th e insurance company made my ordeal tolerable. It's bad enough to have your property in my case my cellphone damaged but they made the process fairly easy and I thank them for that. When you're elderly things like this are very confusing. I'm just thankful that I have insurance with who I have.

A couple of days before calling Allstate I’d had a bad fall … actually a face plant with my glasses on … suffered a concussion, and was airlifted to the hospital in another town. The tech arrived on time, the day after I placed my claim. He was very pleasant and professional, repaired my dishwasher on that visit and cleaned up the area before he left. I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience! This was such a contrast with most other service contracts I’ve had in the past where it was not easy to set up the claim in the first place, then having to wait days or weeks for the tech to arrive, and then waiting even longer for the part to be ordered, etc. etc. etc. Thank you Costco and Allstate!
