SquareTrade/Allstate made it very easy to file a claim, and when the manufacturer didn't seem very cooperative to get my product repaired, SquareTrade offered me a full refund of my purchase price. I'll be honest that that's not what I expected from an insurance policy, I thought it would be a hassle.
