I msg them and they asked for receipt and product name and price. I sent them screenshots and by the next day they had a prepaid card ready for me.
Reported a defective dehumidifier and was notified by email of a warranty refund was in order. Received the refund in 2 weeks after the initial report. If that isn't quick service I don't know what is. Bought a new replacement after some shopping around. It pays to buy the replacement warranty for sure.
