Microwave stopped heating, many phone calls and three visits by brand technician ( with ordered parts) failed to fix the issue. Allstate agreed, enough was enough, understood my frustration and reimbursed for original cost. It took almost 1 month for the process but a successful end state.
Sent my computer out and received it back in only 1 week and it has a better picture than the original monitor. I am very satisfied with the speed and quality of service.
I had to file a claim and they made the process easy and replied back in a timely manner!
