The initial phase of contacting and setting up shipping for repair was a breeze. I just received the notification that my laptop is there and will be evaluated if can be repaired in the next few days. Fingers are crossed all goes well.

Hello, I have used Allstate protection coverage over the years and have had nothing but good things to say about the customer service staff that has helped me. They explain everything in detail and keep me updated. I always recommend getting their coverage.

Called Consumer Cellular, explained cell had broken, put me in touch with Allstate, within a few hours a replacement was on the way to me. Promises made, promises kept. THANK YOU ALLSTATE & CONSUMER CELLULAR!!

After explaining to CSR about manufacturer not willing to accept responsability she quickly went to work to resolve the issue. After about 10 minutes the issue was resolved.

Claim handled quickly once I got through the initial steps. Initial process is a bit cumbersome because you have to start the claim online. Then call. Then answer same questions about 3 times before you get to a representative.

TV broke with in a month of our warrantee expiring! Allstate staff responded to my online claim quickly and with in 3 days I had a comparable TV at my door step! Coverage was well worth the cost!
