I wasn't very happy with first dealing with Allstate but when they connected me with the Mr. Appliance Company that replaced my ice maker things were great and the repairman Justin Thomson was great!!

My claim was estimated to take roughly 2 business days however it took over 2 weeks, besides me have to reach out for updates after day 10, everything else was good. So I wanted to give a 4.9 ️ however that’s not an option so 5 star it is. It’s a great idea to buy warranty protection from Allstate.

I had a warranty on my Toaster when it quit working. It was with with Allstate. I filled out a claim questioner on line, took a picture, them submitted the claim. It was quick & easy getting my claim approved. Great experience.
Everything was perfect from the repair to the interaction with all state representatives
It was easy to file my claim and the response was quick. However the appointment for repair was set so far away from the day of claim that it seems like it will not get here. Still waiting on my appointment with a technician for repair.
My claim was exist the repairs were great my AllState agent did phenomenal
All state was easy to deal with and got me to the manufacture to have my repairs done since it was under manufacture warranty still, repair was quick
