After dealing with Frigidaire, which got me no where, I opened a claim here. I was offered full refund of the original purchase price quickly. The process was complete in a week. It didn’t cover the full replacement cost but we felt it was our best option to get rid of a Frigidaire product
No hassle they took care of business in a professional manner. I was treated with respect and not like I was just a number. I recommend Allstate 100%. I have all my appliances insured with them. Great company.
We called about an ice maker that was not working. They set an appointment to come look at our fridge..sent all of the parts that we might need so that they would be here when the technician arrived. The technician arrived on time and repaired the ice maker. Boom! Easy, simple, and hassle free.
