Laptop was still under warranty and would not turn on. Allstate allowed me to attempt to get it repaired locally. Local (excellent) repair shop could not get parts. I sent the laptop to Allstate to diagnose, and they could not fix it either, so they issued me a reimbursement check. At every step, Allstate's service on the phone, status updates online, and the reimbursements for diagnostics and replacement were prompt with no nagging from me. It was a great experience. It was easy, very fast, and they were very professional. I got my replacement vacuum in no time at all. Very satisfied with the outcome.
Allstate was great with arranging repair appointments & mailing parts. I was happy with them, but.... 1st repair person did not fix oven right. 2nd canceled appt & changed to a later date...too late. 3rd fixed oven & all is fine! Allstate was great arranging these appointments.
