Everything from my first report of a problem with the burners on the range I purchased from Home Depot went smoothly, was promptly handled. The repair technician was contacted and communicated with me. Parts ordered and installed.
When I called for service on my refrigerator, I was told that the part (a refrigerator light module) would be sent directly to my house. I received the package promptly, but when the repairmen arrived on the scheduled day to replace the light module, we discovered that the wrong part had been sent. They immediately reordered the correct part again and told me that they would have it delivered directly to their office to ensure that it was indeed the correct part before coming back. Tech came out-replaced the fan in the freezer. No more annoying continuous noises. Tech was super nice, did his job + left for his next appt.
