The process was very simple, it would have been faster had I realized the receipt had eye glasses for my son as well as myself which caused a delay on my part. The representative I spoke with was very knowledgeable and was able to finish processing the claim the moment I was able to identify the proper item. I had major issue with an item I bought ,the next step was to call the manufacturer. By then the warranty had expired. Next was the Allstate protection plan. It was so easy and simple. Believe me, the operators were professional and directed me to the right path to get my problem resolved. Just be patient and have a positive attitude and the operators will make your case a priority for you. That’s what I loved the most. They looked out for the consumer.
