My mouse stopped working and after changing the battery and everything else I could think of to resolve the issue I realized it was useless. I filed a claim and in about 15 minutes I received notification of settlement in way of replacement cost. No hassle, no headache.

Allstate Protection Plan was a hassle free experience. After contacting Allstate and telling them the problem I was having with my computer I was advised they would send a self address label to send it in for repairs. After sending it in I was told it couldn't be fix and they would send another one to replace it. All this took only a few days and I was well pleased with what they sent as a replacement,

I bought the Protection Plan due to not being familiar with the brand of the lawnmower (Power Smart; 209CC Engine 21” 3-in-1 Gas Powered Push Lawn Mower DB2194PH with 8” Rear Wheel).
