There was some confusion on Allstates side that makes it seem like all my info wasn’t together in one place. Once something was resolved, I was told I’d get an email but then that email would say to call in. That happened several times when the whole thing originally started as a chat. Could definitely benefit from having one avenue of communication instead of several different ones.

I always buy these little protection plans and wondered if the actually worked ? Had a espresso machine give out after factory warranty was over and remembered I had this. Went onine and found my reciepts etc and basically had zero issues getting a new machine ! Made me a believer.
