It's a bit of a long story but here goes: I purchased vintage audio electronics unit ono e-Bay. The electronic unit was discontinued by the manufacturer long ago. I purchased a 2 year Protection Plan through e-Bay with the unit. The unit malfunctioned and after relatively short period of inquiry over the phone Allstate agreed they would repair the unit and if that failed they would provide a refund. I sent my device in for battery issues aside from that the screen was badly broken, not knowing if that would be repaired as well. Upon receiving my device back I was over joyed to see that my screen was also repaired along with my battery issues. Device is functioning as new now.
