Customer service was good. But they wanted me to send the entire game system in, for an issue with the controller. We just went and bought another controller instead of doing all that. That’s ridiculous.
Everything was handled in a terrific manner
I spent 3 months trying to get this resolved. Finally the last rep was helpful and polite but I still do not have my replacement tv

It was super service from Allstate but being 77 yrs old ,I was emailed the card. Used it at Sam's Club had a balance of $58.00 dollars but being not a techi I deleted it by mistake. People at Sam's never saw a gift card on a cell ph. So I am out of $58.00. I requested a check but was given the card by your agent who was actually very nice. Anyway if you could retrieve the $ amount I would appreciate it. FYI I cleaned my pH up before I realized what I did. Thank you, Clifford Kish
