I received great assistance to address my issues and appreciate all the help.
The battery on my cell phone had the tendency of possibly exploding. The agent I spoke with was patient and walked me through the entire process. She gave me reassurance that my claim would be handled quickly and professionally. I'm very happy with the process.
Some of the requirements for filing a claim were not easy to understand and accomplish. Some of All state's responses were confusing. The agent I talked with on the phone said I had to upload the receipt for the computer that was to be serviced for repair. Would of given 5 Stars if Laptop wouldn't of sat at repair shop for 2 days after Label was created
