Claim process was easy and hassle free
First Allstate said you didn't have the reciept, after I got confirmation email that it was successfully uploaded. Then Allstate said go back to manufacturer. It was an Ebay purchase. Just circled around and around w questions - finally spoke w someone who was able to process the claim successfully.
The forms for filing were easy and straightforward. The whole process was very fast, and receiving the payout was great!

Within a couple of hours, they had approved my claim and had sent me information about the next steps. I was able to purchase a new item almost immediately. I also purchased another protection plan on the new item I was buying. Fantastic service. Great customer experience. Highly rated. I will use them again in the future.
