I looked up my warranty information and filed a claim. All-State responded immediately and gave me very simple instructions to follow. They emailed me my shipping label and instructions, I brought my package to FedEx and All-State took care of the rest. They stayed in constant communication with me and the repair was done relatively quickly. They contacted me to let me the repair was completed and shipped it right back to my door!
