I called in for an issue with my freezer that I had a square trade warranty on and I was quickly assisted with a fast resolution for my broken freezer!
I've never had to use the protection plan on anything I've bought. However, I had to use it on my TV. The day that my TV went bad, I was given the runaround and told that my TV still had a warranty on it from ONN and that I had to contact them. After getting in contact with them, they said it did not have a warranty and had to go back to Allstate. The next day, on the 4th, whoever took my call and helped me, was phenomenal.
