My shark robot died .my service contract was credited quickly. 2.i was told I would get a credit of $179.99 not $131..I had to call and they would reimburse me the full amount I paid for my shark robot.just replaced it.so I have not!!!contacted All-State yet.

Although the earbuds that were purchased and warrantied through Allstate did not provide a long-lasting service, I was relieved to have purchased the warranty. The process of reporting was easy to follow.
Fast response to my situation
No problems what so ever. Called and explained what was going on . They gave me instructions on how and where to send it with a postage paid return label. Got email when laptop was received by them and when it was done and on its way back. Took about a week . Got lap top back and in excellent working order with no problems what so ever. Great experience.
