My washer stopped dispensing fabric softener. The repairman came as scheduled, replaced the dispenser drawer, and called it a day. Well, it didn't fix the issue. I thought he should have been sent back out to give it a better effort. But Allstate was eager to put the issue behind them by refunding the entire price of the machine. I even requested that they send him back. But the decision had been made. So now I have a brand new washer.
