I recently completed a claim for an Ebay purchase that proved defective shortly after purchase. I initially had some issues with the automatic claim system as my purchase was less than a year old. After I managed to figure out how to contact a live agent, my claim progressed smoothly and was resolved in a timely fashion. I can’t imagine where I would be without this insurance. My kids loved their power wheels car and the day it just didn’t turn on was a nightmare… we tried multiple shops and everyone claims they were not even able to look at it. They said the insurance was pointless.. well my insurance was able to cover my device and my kids will soon have a new power wheels because of my $35 investment. Definitely worth it. Their customer service was amazing, they were super professional and understood my issue. 10/10
