Every body I have connected with have been nice and concerned with my problem. But it has been 23 days since I stared the claim and still no TV exchange. The shipping co still havent recieved the TV in there wear house. I am still glad that I bought the service contract from you.
Easy to file a claim. You have choices on what you want to do for your claim. I chose a refund and had options on how I wanted that. Very simple and great customer service!
It was a very positive experience
I sent my son's tablet in to be repaired or replaced. Apparently, it could not be repaired. They sent me a gift card for the amount I originally paid for the tablet. Unfortunately, I got the tablet on a cyber Monday sale last year, but it did cover the majority of the cost. I purchased another warranty. It's well worth it, just in case.

Had a sound system go south, after a couple years, finally quit working. Was completely fine sending it in to get it fixed, they looked at it and said they couldn’t repair it they were quick and helpful..!!
I sent in my phone and I'm still waiting for the money... everything else was very easy tho
