My 43 inch 1.5 year old 4K Tv screen went black. Purchased the Allstate extended warranty through Walmart for 3 years at original purchase. Kept my receipt went online registered my TV the day it broke (Tuesday). Made the claim online, got a message to call them. Answered a few questions, did one test they asked me to do and told me I was approved. Sent me a link, picked out a new TV which was the same one. Was warned it could be different but wasn't. I bought a part from EBay. It came with a 1 year warranty from the seller. It failed after 4 months. I tried to contact them with no response for about 2 months. I reached out to Allstate online to file a claim and they said I still had to try with the seller. I tried for another month with the seller and no joy. This time I chatted with Allstate customer service and they were able to process my warranty refund for 90% of the part value as a Mastercard digital gift card. Very happy with the outcome.
