I had an unfortunate situation where my sofa needed a repair. Remembering that I had purchased this protection plan, I quickly submitted a claim. The process was seamless! The website was extremely easy to navigate and I was able to follow along. Within a few hours, a decision on my claim was made. Since my sofa was (unfortunately) irreparable, Allstate sent me a reimbursement for the full price of the sofa. I was able to reorder a new one by day end, THE SAME DAY I submitted the claim! Couldn’t have had a better experience.
