I bought a part from EBay. It came with a 1 year warranty from the seller. It failed after 4 months. I tried to contact them with no response for about 2 months. I reached out to Allstate online to file a claim and they said I still had to try with the seller. I tried for another month with the seller and no joy. This time I chatted with Allstate customer service and they were able to process my warranty refund for 90% of the part value as a Mastercard digital gift card. Very happy with the outcome.
