I don’t like having to pay for an extended warranty but the way things are made now you just about have to. Allstate made it simple to explain my problem and sent me a prorated check for the remainder of time. Once you get through setting up an account and password the process was fairly easy. Squaretrade is really good at handling claims, always quick to respond and more! Customer service always answered questions regarding my claim, and also the check (for reimbursement) is really quick surprisingly. I recommend Squaretrade; fast at claims, and solving issues.
Approval call was easy and efficient. Repair was scheduled for within one week. Technician texted to confirm time. Parts were shipped and ready for appointment. Tech was on time, pleasant and efficient. Glad I purchased and have only had good experience (second time to use insurance)
