Fast service but when I paid for insurance I thought if something happened to my phone the replacement I got would be a new one not I refurbished phone!

Positive experience from the moment I called Allstate. Representative was friendly & knowledgeable. Walked me through performing some testing to see if I could get TV working. When concluded TV would not turn on, he explained the next steps. Received email communications every step of the way. Received check from Allstate very shortly thereafter. Very pleased with the people & process.
Quick repair and fast delivery
I saved up for a nice office chair and it was great but then it broke. There was no way I could afford a new one. Getting with y'all was super easy and really quick.
