I had a recliner which was defective and I had insurance on it. I still expected to have a very hard time and not get anywhere with fixing the chair. Allstate took my information and worked on the paperwork. They did call back and told me where to call and they will contact me. That’s just what happened and they sent a mechanic. I had purchased a recliner and debated whether to get the protection plan. Well it's a good thing I said yes to the plan. Not 5 months later the recliner started to fall apart so I went to the website to put in a claim for repair. The site was easy to use but I ended up having to call the customer service and had a very friendly Rep who assisted me with filing a claim.
