It took a little time but they did what they said they were going to do.
After breaking my smart watch I filled out the online forms and was able to send it in to get fixed the very next day. Then, in less than a week, they let me know it was fixed and being shipped back. The watch works just as good as before it broke and I couldn't be happier. 10 out of 10.

Purchased a dog of a laptop from NewTechies on eBay (certified refurbished) & ALLSTATE replaced components & attempted fixes (2-year warranty came w/laptop purchase).. Unfortunately, the laptop had insurmountable issues & I was able to get reimbursed by ALLSTATE for the purchase price of the laptop; the optimal solution. Purchasing a refurbished laptop from eBay was the biggest mistake but because ALLSTATE covered the laptop, I was able to get restitution…and very, very thankful for that.
