I did a chat with one of the representatives. He was helpful but it's like he didn't really want to go the extra mile I had to push him. You know the thing that I don't like. Is that you chat with someone and then you're supposed to go and file your claim online instead of them just handling it from beginning to end. Other than that I had no issues.
