Our Standard plan covers mechanical and electrical malfunction, while the Accidental plan includes accidental drops or liquid contact. In this case, the issues reported were due to a natural disaster not covered under our warranty. The level of professionalism is amazing. The tablet was fixed, and returned in a timely manner. I highly recommend SquareTrade.
Trying to apply for the benefit online was cumbersome as it did not have my specific phone and wouldn't let me make a correction after it had applied a different phone model. Upon calling the number associated with the web site it was settled quickly and courteously. A repair appt was immediately set up and everything went smoothly from there on out. thank you

I called SquareTrade for a claim for my TV. They handled the claim immediately and extremely professionally. Communication throughout the process was incredible. I highly recommend using SquareTrade.
The volume key on my remote does not allow me to go up and down sometimes. The Square Trade tech told me how to reset my setting to its original system state However, I am still having intermittent issues
I had a 3 year old warrantee. the item broke I created an account told them the problem and WALA!! MY REFUND WAS APPROVED!! all of my other trade square products are on the site when I log in. It was truly a wonderful experience
