I had a pair of earbuds that gave out (reduced sound in one ear), so I utilized my Allstate Protection Plan to see what they could do for me. I was having difficulty filing my claim online so I had to speak to a representative instead. She walked me through the claims process and let me know what my next steps were. Although my product couldn’t be repaired, I was sent a replacement (brand-new, not refurbished) pair which works great! I’d definitely opt for an Allstate Protection Plan for my future purchases if available.

Pain in the **** trying to understand what the agent is saying. But, they were able to get a "tech" to the house who stated it couldn't be fixed. Received a check in the mail 10 days later.

After purchasing a new PC, I bought the Allstate coverage plan which I ended up having to use. A very reputable electronics chain told me it was irreparable. I sent my PC to the Allstate location. They told me over the phone they would write me a check to purchase a new one if they could not repair it. I was astonished that they would give me my money back, but even more excited that they were able to repair the one I had.
