Very smooth, hassle free experience. Sent my laptop in for a few repair issues. It was repaired in a timely manner and shipped back in a well padded box. Repairs done as promised with paperwork showing what work was completed, as well as a detailed check list showing everything was working on the laptop before they returned it to me. My repairman was Eleazar Ramirez. Hats off!!
I was very happy with the service, respond was very fast and I received my credit very fast, but I didn't like that I had to pay a deductible, I never paid that before with your company and I didn't see anything when purchase the warranty Thank you
We received excellent service! From the black screen of death, it took a week to get the cell phone fixed. It took a couple of calls to get the repair scheduled and parts ordered. Super easy & all fixed up. Thankful I bought the policy!!
