I have several policies with square Trade and I’ve never had any issues. They are easy to work with and come through when you need them.
My granddaughter slipped and dropped the tablet in the toilet! I submitted claim on line, shipped tablet to Square Deal, and they sent me a new one. No fuss, no muss, just great service.

Square Trade did a fairly good job. It took almost a month to get things completed which was a little long. The new tv doesn't have as good a picture as the the one it replaced but it is satisfactory.
I found Square Trade willing to stand by their warranty to have my printer fixed in a timely manner. I was given an option to take my printer into a local repair shop, as I was concerned with shipping the item through the mail. But I ended up not needing the repair upon finding out my internet had caused the issue. I am happy to know that Square Trade is there should I need them in the future and will work with me should I have any concerns.
The claim process was very easy to use and I got quick responses.
