I always purchase one of the plans when I buy electronics for my kids. I have used the warranty repair three times now, well worth it.
So, this is my 2nd experience using the warranty. Both times I accidentally sit on my ONN tablet. Black tablet, black recliner. I contacted Allstate by email. Provided my warranty information. They provide clear instructions on how to pack your item, where to take and etc. I took to a federal express drop off at Walgreens. Walgreens provided receipt by text to my phone. My first contact was dismissive on Square Trade's part. When I reported that their so-called fix didn't work, and now the whole appliance had failed, they accepted the claim and said i could hire a repair person. Allstate honored their policy terms, reimbursed me very quickly, but caused an extended period of chaos in my home.
