I purchased a laptop and got the protection plan. My laptop had issues so I filed a claim. I sent it to them and they repaired and returned it to me with a signature. FedEx delivered my package with out a signature and it got stolen. So the claims department for square trade-Allstate is now working on that. They reimbursed me for my lost product. Any issues I have had they have been helpful and supportive all the way! I highly recommend the Allstate-squaretrade protection plan it was worth every cent!
