My telephone started to act irregular and I was hesitant to call. I had a list of the problems. I was greeted and my concerns were explained and easily resolved.
With Eyewear you never know what types of accidents are going to happen. As a needed necessity, this warranty plan is a plus. Replacement time was a breeze.
The return of my item was easy, called FedEx and scheduled a pickup, my item was returned repaired in just a few days. Very easy protection plan!
Save money for warranty if any problem if broken and replace it.
My claim was well received but I had to ask for the status every step of the way. It was some what delayed. Final end result was good.
I had an issue with an hp computer and the representative showed empathy and immediately had a solution which satisfied the problem and exceeded my expectations
The warranty covered my purchase. Square Trade told me I would receive a gift card in the amount of $359. I haven’t received it yet.
Our experience was good. But one thing I didn’t like is how the laptop’s original box it came with hadn’t returned to me.
