As a public adjuster I would have liked to have had a discussion about the options offered. But overall I guess we’re satisfied. It was surprisingly easy to file the claim and we received the depreciated payout a couple days after filing.
It took a little longer than I expected but everything turned out alright. The reason it took so long was that the model number on the dishwasher was not in their system. Don't know why but they were as helpful as possible. Without a matching model number the wrong mother board was delivered. The repair man was able to get the dishwasher usable until the correct part was sent and he came back to install it. Overall it was a success with a little bump but I was happy to get it repaired with the virus still hanging around.
The supervisor that resolved the issue asked for the correct information and resolved it quickly. I suggested that she used our case as a learning tool. Great supervisor. Thank you
