The process was easy and simple and fast
Had a broken laptop so I sent it in for repair. Couldn't repair it so they sent me a check for what it cost along with the SDD with my contents.
Customer service was very good
I bought a treadmill from eBay with a one year manufacture warranty. Luckily I also bought a two-year policy from Allstate. eBay did not honor their commitment and I was saved by Allstate. The "GOOD HANDS".
