I worked with Square Trade to give them what they needed - specific tv information, pictures of the problems - and they were always helpful, polite, and more importantly, resolved my tv problem with the replacement tv. I always buy the extended warranty on major purchases, and I would never hesitate to trust Square Trade to be a solid advocate for the consumer.
