I always get great results customer service and my problem is always resolved in the way I expected to go.
The process was easy but I’m unsatisfied that I have to pay upfront for the repairs and then get reimbursed. When I went to Sam’s Club, they basically told me that I will have to get a new pair of glasses.
They guided me on the process for my refund
We noted the water dispenser and, subsequently, the ice maker were not dispensing as they had. Called in to report and a local tech was routed to us for repair. The reporting and response were top-notch with no arguments, but rather a sincere desire to resolve. We were happy customers!
It was overall good experience
Worked exactly like the plan said it would. Bought the 3 year coverage - product broke at 2 year point. Allstate covered all repairs.
I got a quick resolution on my claim for a Frigidaire dehumidifier that failed after two years running. The settlement was satisfactory after getting several years service from this unit. I was sent a Walmart gift card, which I applied toward purchase of a new (hopefully better) dehumidifier. The claim service went smoothly, no hassle at all. I was pleased.
While I'm glad I purchased plan, I am disappointed that I was transferred to the manufacturer, and had to deal with a third party, for my guarantee. It was covered, but I'm still waiting for reimbursement.
Our claim was handled very quickly and professionally. We would have rather had our furniture repaired vs. being reimbursed for the cost of purchase, but overall we are satisfied.
