Very nice service person but the problem wasn’t fixed
Every claim, they resolve very fast, that is why I always have bought my protection plans with them.
Allstate came in in the clutch for me when I needed insurance for my new vehicle. After some time with my policy, I was disappointed there weren't more options to save.. for instance passing a defensive driving course. Ways to keep the policy price down and be a knowledgeable policy holder would help make this customer happier.

I am so glad I got this plan. My Bose 900 broke down less than a year into having it. After sending it for repairs and not being fixed, I got a full refund and bought a new one for a cheaper price. DDOOO IIITTT
