After two years my umbrella wouldn’t open. I contacted Allstate and they replaced my patio umbrella. I bought another umbrella and another warranty also.
The reason I am giving a 4 star review is because I could not understand the operator. Received my payment the same day I submitted it.
I noticed a problem with my ac unit. I submitted a claim online. The process was seamless after I provided proof of purchase including price made for the ac unit.
When submitting for a claim it was fast and easy

Samsung oven broke, SquareTrade immediately realized an in house repair was necessary and helped me make an appointment for service. Representative was very courteous and helpful.
