We were sent a replacement tv very quickly. It was amazing. The only problem was that we weren't notified it was going to be delivered. Luckily we were home the day a large delivery truck delivered a large 75" tv. A signature was required.
When I called, agent was very helpful. Went through a few tests and she determined it was shot. I was sent an email with a list of 3 replacement televisions that were comparable. You get to pick! A week later Best Buy delivered our new one. Very smooth transaction, thanks!

Allstate covered the cost of a new couch after ours was accidently broken. It was nice to have a warranty service to call when that happened. They were quick with payment once we learned the couch couldn't be repaired.
Anytime I buy a product that has the Allstate Protection Plan available I buy it. Reason being that on the very few occasions I have had to use it the process was seamless. They back the products they protect and pay up hassle free when and if you have an issue. I highly recommend purchasing the PLAN.
Had a bad experience with repair company, but once I expressed my issues with Allstate, they completely fixed my issue, very pleased and satisfied, very honest and professional warranty company, thank goodness

The Allstate protection program is very user friendly to use. The only part I do not lime is that instead of a replacement sometimes Allstate will just send you a check for the price you paid for the item. In my case the cost to replace the item was more than what I paid for so the protection doesn't really replace the item, just what you paid for.
