I bought a 65 in TV from Costco (along with this protection plan)Then 2 and a half years later and it just stopped working. I watched one night with no problems and turned it on the next night and it was not working. I put in a claim at Allstate. Explaining the issue and did some troubleshooting with them and the next day I got an email requesting photos of my TV. It was a very fast and easy process. It made me feel that I am in a good hands
Had an issue with my refrigerator not cooling correctly and had repairs that didn’t fix the issue. Allstate Protection Plan made it very easy to just to replace the refrigerator. I thank Allstate for there quick response in replacement of my refrigerator after it was determined that the refrigerator could not be fixed. Thank You. Regards Daniel Silva
