Hello I am very happy with this it helped me out a lot
My replacement was done and I liked the attention that i received.
My tv had an issue. It was replaced quickly. I would insure with them again. Easy to file claim.
Had appliances issues when they outlive their use they replace or if they need repaired they fix
My recliner I got from Wayfair suddenly stopped heating. Parts are not able to be ordered. They did the virtual inspection and ordered me a new recliner. Was done in a timely manner.
Onsite tech was very polite and professional. Great example of what an ideal tech should be for your company. Explained the problem and what he needed to do to resolve it.
Online experience needs improvement. Bought carpet at NFM with two professional cleanings included. Trying to schedule those online with Allstate is not good. The choices to select are for damages, which does not apply in every situation. There should be a carpet cleaning selection, since that is included along with the Allstate Protection Plan.
Not only was filing claim online a breeze but this company did not like most ask a million questions to try and decline part if not all of claim; but also approved almost instantly and payment/solution was superfast. Much appreciated.
My refrigerator broke down wouldn't turn back on. I called and made a claim, talked to a rep and she got my situation handled.
