My experience was good but they said it would take about five days to find a replacement and I’m still currently waiting.
I am so glad i decided to add the protection plan to my bisel, after a year or so it stopped working, i filed a claim and was sent a replacement the very next day! Thank you!! Highly recommended

Once I got a hold of an actual person, the rest was easy. SquareTrade via Allstate provided a check for an equal amount of what we purchased the iPhone for. The iPhone was damaged beyond repair. We shipped it back per instructions and the check came the following week. Very good customer service, again once we got all hold of the right representative.
