Service was good butTerms of protection not clarified on purchase. Coverage was for $89.00 used Auto Part and on filling of claim within the one year period for part that malfuctioned I wqs offered only $75.00 as warranty refund.

My son filed his claim around 10pm Friday night. They approved his claim and told us to take it to Batteries Plus for the repairs.. I showed them the claim on my phone. They took good care of me and fixed the phone within 2 hours.. Excellent Service!!
