I had an issue with one of my items I covered. The process was simple and easy to navigate. I showed a picture of the item and what the issue was. They sent me a new one.
After replacing parts and I still had the problem. They gave me a gift card for the full amount so I could get a new stove. They were very prompt and courageous!

I easily was able to submit my request. I mailed in my item for repair. I was kept informed the entire time. Received my item back repaired! My grandson is VERY happy. Thank you!
The process took longer than I expected. The service person was great and efficient. I was disappointed that a cash option wasn't available.
It took a while to meet all the requirements for a refund (which meant we didn’t have a washing machine for weeks) but we ended up getting a 100% refund on a 4-year old washing machine. No regrets on buying that extended warranty.

Overall good the only thing keeping it from being 5 star was the initial plan lookup. After entering the requested information date of purchase, retailer & copy of receipt …the system could not find the policy. After entering the same information two more time it was found. Once found the process was as advertised. Very happy I purchased the protection plan.
