My water heater was on the blink and Allstate mad a quick and fair claim.
The support was good and the team was great at keeping us updated and keeping us informed on what would happen next.

After all the trouble shooting on my other TV to no avail I was surprised that they offered me a new TV and pick one out of four with no questions asked. The Allstate protection plan was worth it.
Excellent contract service. The customer service representative was excellent and went above expatiations. He answered all my questions and even filed the claim. While we were still on the phone conversation, I received the email confirmation and the email refund. Blessings to the customer service representative. He was outstanding.
I had to apply for the coverage I purchased. Allstate handled the application quickly and to my expectation.

I rated Allstate excellent on timely reimbursement for the claim. It was difficult to determine how to file the claim however. I suggest Allstate make the front end of claim processing more visible/ easy to find to the customer needing to file a claim. Once approved for the claim, everything worked smoothly and very efficiently.
