We toured this community for care. We liked the staff and the community was clean with a nice atmosphere. The menu was nice and the activities looked appealing for my father to have participated. We would recommend families to tour this community.

I really liked the floor plan of this community and all of the great amenities they had available to all of the residents. The staff where friendly during our visit and even offered us a meal to try while we where there. It was just not the right fit in the end decision for my parents needs.

A nice community, friendly staff and tenants, clean and a sufficient number of activities. The dining room is clean, staff friendly, but seems like the menu items are the same almost daily, especially the breakfast meal. A comfortable atmosphere, but not quite up to our expectations.

This community was our second choice. This community was a little smaller and the place we choose has a little larger asian population. The staff and the rooms are nice. This was a little less expensive than the community we choose. This community was clean.

My mother in law experience in this community was a short one, but it was nice. They cared for her very well and we were pleased. The community always looked nice and clean. The staff was great to work with. They are very helpful and kind. She had many activities to choose from. The food was good. Overall it is a nice community and I would recommend it .

Pacifica has genuinely caring caregivers who give their wards respect - treating them as people with dignity. They have a constant schedule of activities to keep their residents busy all day doing arts, crafts, singing, walking, gardening, physical games like batting balloons with those huge swimming pool "noodles", armchair travelling to different places. I chose Pacifica as the best one in the area. It had the attitude I was looking for. It was alive, fresh looking, bright, cheerful, full of music and activities. The tenants were engaged in various actitivites throughout the day. The staff was attentive, respectful, patient, caring. The main thing is that they kept the tenants busy so they weren't sitting around bored. They had games, bean bag toss, balloon bouncing, arts, crafts, music, and all with someone to help cue them. Lots of cueing, which many need.

Things seem to be going great at this point. They have been a pretty good facility. Every facility has things that they can work on, but up to this point I would say that they have been pretty darn good.

We just took our mom for her second respite stay. The first stay was so positive we were glad we could bring her back when we took our second trip. Our mom has dementia and was a little apprehensive when we first got there. Then the staff started coming up to her and calling her by her name and saying how happy they were to see her again.
